New Website Update

The starting point for the new KI7TRR site and a short list of what will be documented first.

This site starts as a station and lab notebook: part project log, part measurement journal, and part reference shelf.

The first round of content will document the P25 digital radio repeater at Mica Peak, and other RF projects.
